MTW COLLABORATIVE RELEASES NEW WAIVER PROPOSAL AND RECOMMENDATIONS, "MOVING TO WORK: INNOVATION AND FLEXIBILITY TO ADDRESS AMERICA'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING CHALLENGES.

The MTW Collaborative announces the release of its new waiver proposal and recommendations, "Moving to Work: Innovation and Flexibility to Address America's Affordable Housing Challenges." In the proposal the MTW Collaborative advocates for increased flexibility across all PHAs, as well as permanent waivers to assist PHAs in better meeting the needs of their residents and communities.
