​The 2025 MTW Conference will be held from Wednesday, April 30th-Friday, May 2nd at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.

The annual MTW Conference is the only place to join leading practitioners and professionals from across the MTW industry to share and learn about the latest MTW innovations and ideas. MTW agencies will have the opportunity to come together, share best practices, and create new opportunities for connection and partnership.

CONFERENCE VENUE
The 2025 MTW Conference will be hosted in Arlington VA, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, 2799 Richmond Highway. Located a 5-minute drive from National Airport (DCA) and just across the river from Washington D.C.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Register now to lock-in your spot at the conference! Registration is open to staff at MTW agencies as well as select partner organizations. Early bird registration rate (until 2/20/25): $550 per person. Late registration rate (starting 2/21/25): $650 per person. Click here to register.
 

CONFERENCE HOTEL ROOM BLOCK
